A chunky slab of rustic grade, full stave oak sits on top of hairpin legs for the perfect Modern Rustic look.
Hairpin legs allow the chunky rustic timber to almost float, with air and light being allowed to flow through the slender and strong steel legs.
The chunky rustic timber is 38mm thick, and is smooth with a rustic finish, which includes pitted knots and stable cracks.
The quality of full-stave oak is not to be confused with the slim pieces of finger-jointed oak found at large oak furniture outlets. The best full-stave oak is the only oak we'd use for our dining tables, and the wide strips run the full length of the table.
