A chunky slab of prime grade, full stave oak sits on top of bespoke-fabricated raw steel V-shaped legs, melding together this stark contrast of materials to create an alluringly unique dining set.
The chunky timber is 32mm thick, and offering smooth, satisfying aesthetics. Both the oak and steel are given a sympathetically stripped-down finish to create the perfect contrast of nature and industry.
The quality of full-stave oak is not to be confused with the slim pieces of finger-jointed oak found at large oak furniture outlets. The best full-stave oak is the only oak we'd use for our dining tables, and the wide strips run the full length of the table.
